Recipe: Smoked Salsa (2 cups)

  • 2 Large Tomatoes

  • 1 Jalapeno

  • 1 Handful Cilantro

  • ½ Roughly Chopped Onion

  • 3 Garlic Cloves

  1. Smoke tomatoes and jalapenos until skin begins to crack

  2. Remove stems, and deseed jalapeno

  3. Dice tomatoes

  4. Add tomatoes, jalapeno, cilantro, and garlic to blender

  5. Blend it up!

  6. Add salt, lime juice to taste

  7. Set in fridge to rest
