- 1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar (unpacked) - 1/2 Cup of Hungarian Paprika - 2 1/2 TBS Coarse Black Pepper - 1 1/2 TBS Garlic Powder - 1 1/2 TBS Onion Powder - 2 TBS Kosher Salt - 1 1/2 TSP Chili Powder - 1 TSP Cayenne

Mix brown sugar and paprika together first. Mix until all clumps are out of the brown sugar, then add in one ingredient at a time.

Makes 2 Cups of rub.
