Recipe: Bottle Caps w/ cayenne Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
1 ¼ cup dukes mayo
1 cup buttermilk
¼ cup finely chopped chives
¼ cup freshly grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black coarse pepper
1 teaspoon of creole seasoning
Whisk all ingredients together and let it rest for 2 hours. Makes 2 ½ cups.
1 jar of tamed jalapenos
1 pack of lefty’s spices (walmart)
Heat oil in a pan to 350 degrees. Drain and dry the jalapenos. then prepare the breading according to the label. mix ¼ cup of lefty’s mix with 1 cup of water, then do a dry breading of the jalapenos then dip them in the batter.
